1.1. "We" means PT Niaga Makmur Berjaya, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
1.2. "Application" means a software application that we have developed which is a means of finding services provided by third parties.
1.3. "Expert" means a third party craftsman or individual who provides services through the Application.
1.4. "Services" means the handyman services offered by Experts through the Application which may include (i) surveys; and (ii) fixed cost.
1.5. "Personal Information" means personally identifiable information about you collected through the Application, such as your name, address, date of birth, occupation, telephone number, e-mail address and / or the like, and other possible information can identify certain people who are using the Application.
1.6. "Website" means our website at www.gomandor.id .
2. Information We Collect
2.1 We collect certain Personal Information from you so that the Application can find Services from the Experts . You will immediately provide Personal Information (for example, when you register) and some information will be automatically collected when you use the Application.
2.2 When you visit our Website, our website administrator will process a technical data such as your IP address, the webpage you have visited, the internet browser you are using, the webpage you previously visited and the duration of each visit / session which allows us to deliver the functions of the Website. In addition, in some cases, the browser can advise you that your geo-location allows us to provide you with a better experience. 3.3 We will ask for the telephone number of someone who can be contacted by the Expert to complete your order when you use the Application for someone other than the user. You must obtain prior approval from the person whose telephone number you gave us to provide us with the telephone number and for us to provide the telephone number to the Service Provider.
4. Information we collect when you use the Application
4.1 When you use the Application through your mobile device, we will track and collect your real time geo-location information. We use this information to enable you to see Experts in the area close to your location, arrange arrival times and send the information to the requested Expert . We may also use this real-time geo-location information to provide assistance, resolve technical or business difficulties that may arise when you use the Application. You can temporarily turn off geo-location tracker information at the device level. Youe mobile devices will tell you when your geo-location is tracked with the GPS displays in an arrow symbol.
4.2 We also track and collect Expert’s geo-location information. This means that we also collect information when you travel with Experts. We will also use Expert’s geo-location information anonymously and in an overall form to obtain statistical information and to provide you with enhanced application functionality.
5. Use of Information We Collect
5.1 We use your e-mail address, name, telephone number and password to verify your ownership of an account, to communicate with you regarding your order and to provide you with information about the Application. We may use your name, email and telephone number to send messages, general updates on the Application, special offers or promotions. We will also send you an e-mail to asking you to subscribe to our Mailing List. You can at any time choose not to receive information about this discussion.
5.2 We use your geo-location and additional information to find Experts around you, to help Experts calculate costs and to analyze Application usage patterns to improve Application performance.
5.3 We use your Personal Information anonymously and overall form to closely monitor which features of the Service are used most often, to analyze the pattern usages and to determine whether we will offer or focus on our services. You hereby agree that your data will be used by our internal data processing to provide better services to you.
6. Provision of Information We Collect
6.1 After receiving your order, we will provide informations such as your name, telephone number, location, destination, geo-location. This information is needed by an Expert to contact you, and / or find you and / or fulfill your order.
6.2 We will also provide the telephone numbers of contactable parties that you have provided to us to Experts when you use the Application for other parties.
6.3 You hereby agree and authorize us to provide your Personal Information to Experts as part of the terms of the Service. Although your personal information will automatically be deleted from the Expert 's mobile device after you use the Service, there is a possibility that the Expert can store your data on their device in any way. We are not responsible for storing data in this way and you agree to release us and we will not be responsible for any misuse of your Personal Information by Experts during the work of the service until the end of the Services provided.
6.4 We may employ companies and individuals third parties to facilitate or provide certain Applications and services on our behalf, to provide consumer assistance, provide geo-location information to our Experts , to carry out services related to the Website ( for example without limitation, maintenance services, database management, web analytics and enhancements to Website features) or to assist us in analyzing how our services are used or for our professional advisors and external auditors, including legal advisors, financial advisors, and consultants. These third parties only have access to your personal information to carry out these tasks on our behalf and are contractually bound not to disclose or use the personal information for any other purpose.
6.5 Your Personal Information may be transferred, stored, used and processed in a jurisdiction other than Indonesia where our servers are located. You understand and agree to the transfer of your Personal Information outside Indonesia.
7. Detention of Information We Collect
7.1 We will retain your information until you delete your account by informing us via e-mail.
7.1.1. Mobile Application
These changes or deletion can be made by going to PROFILE – and selecting CHANGE by your information. You can then make the changes or clicking on the DELETE Account button to delete your account. Follow the steps, and once you log out, your account would be deleted.
Deletion can be made via the website too for those who have registered using their email address. This can be made by go to https://gomandor.id/member, and filling your email address that is registered to us. An email will be sent to your email. A “DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT” link will be sent as part of the email, where you need to click on it, and your account will then be deleted.
7.3 The retention periods are different depending on different criteria, such as the type of information and the purposes for which we use the information.
7.4 Once you delete your account, We will retain your information for a certain period of time to ensure that it is no longer necessary for the application or business purposes, and then delete it
8.1 We do not guarantee the security of our database and we also do not guarantee that the data you provide will not be held / disturbed while being sent to us. 11.3 We do not have and / or collect information about the account number that you use in order to make payments to us because we use a third party in our payment distribution system . Shall in the future there is an account data leakage caused by the payment to us , it is the third party liability as the organizer of the payment system.
